TEACHER TRAINING WEEKEND.
We had a terrific weekend with Lina and Rodolofo from Sydney and Lucy from Brisbane. We used the crossbar to explore some interesting ways to get around shoulder impingement issues. HINT: if your elbows are on the crossbar, your shoulders are externally rotated. This often creates enough subacromial space to enable a better thoracic and shoulder stretch.
Lucy also introduced an interesting way to use the crossbar for stretching the hamstrings. I was going to photograph myself doing it but I ran out of film 🙂
