Vale Shyboy
"No horse will ever remain in my memory more than this wonderful American Mustang. He loved virtually everyone and all the horse world loved him. I am now in my 90’s and I’m it’s sure it won’t be long until I am with him again. All who knew him will agree he should be in everyone’s memory. I love you Shy Boy and I am sure I will see you soon.” -Monty Roberts

Everyone who knows me has heard me talk of how special and beautiful this work is. I am so grateful to be involved with Foal NZ Ltd and feel privileged to train foals each season. Now delivering here in Australia with some space next season to take on new clients x
Education starts early here at Landsdowne park with Foal NZ 🐴

Where have I been for so long…… training racehorses!!
Delighted to have a winner as I finish up with Kennedy Racing, maintaining a 21% winning strike rate for most of my time as Head Trainer, finishing on 16% (Damn these heavy tracks). Thanks to the team for everything, Jordan Childs and the lovely big horse, Turbo Ken for this final win. Very excited about what’s next for me, and looking forward to continuing current conversations about my future and starting new ones. Thanks to Racing Photos for the lovely photo gift
Expect more future content on what I’m up to!

Already looking forward to foal handling season.... 👏🏻❤️🦄 Too soon?!??!
Our methodology is now published! A huge team effort, our gorgeous ladies; Sally King, Sarah Ellis, Caroline Jennings - Equus Training, Petra Moser, Kirsty Jenkins, Kirsty Carling and Michele Haultain. Thousands of gorgeous mares and foals to produce a robust process that is 100% backed by science. We are understandably proud of the team around us, Windsor Park Stud, Little Avondale Stud and Cambridge Stud we couldn’t have done it without your support. A special thanks to our very clever and amazing Sally King and of course Hayley Randle from Charles Sturt University for actually writing and publishing this.
