I’ve been away on holidays the last few days and wanted to share exactly how I stayed balanced, because “just enjoy yourself” is the most unhelpful advice when food guilt is real 🙃
I used to either track everything on holiday or completely blow it and come home feeling terrible, neither felt good 😥

10 years of training and these are the things I wish someone had told me at the start 🫡

The amount of time I spent overcomplicating it - eating less, training more, wondering why nothing was changing 🫠 when honestly, the basics done consistently would have gotten me there faster.
If you feel like you’re doing a lot but not seeing much back, it’s probably not your effort, you just don’t have a direction that’s built for you yet.

Being a mum is already a full time job. Adding “figure out your health” on top of that? No wonder you keep falling off track 🫠
