Incumbent Assistant Coach Laurie Fisher, will transition to a consultancy role, ensuring continuity across the Australian men’s High Performance system ahead of next year’s home Rugby World Cup. 🦘

Next up in our coach series — Theo Trollip, Senior Backs Coach. 👏
Theo came back to rugby in 2024 after a long break, discovered a love for coaching, and helped build a brand new team in Mildura from scratch. When he moved to Melbourne, he brought that energy straight to Eltham.
Before he'd even finished his first few sessions, he'd made up his mind — he'd found the friendliest people in Victoria. 🙌
His goal this season is simple: create an environment where backs work hard and play even harder. Coaching style? Innovative. The backline is in good hands. 💛🖤

Maroondah Rugby Mondays for all families in the east of Melbourne. A great way to get a taste of rugby (non contact) and stay active and meet new friends. Accessible and inclusive for all ages please give them a call and reach out
