Training for a Marathon? Tips below 🤓 👇
1) Train at threshold pace once per week (speed you can maintain for 50-60 mins).
2) Use the stationary bike to get volume (km) high without impact on joints.
3) Make sure 80% of runs are at an easy pace (can hold a convo)
4) Weight train to drastically reduce risk of injury
