At this point I’m a little run down, and that’s that.

I’ve lost my voice like 3 times in my whole life, so I really don’t know what to do here besides the obvious, tea, lozenges, is there any other hacks or advice?

This used to be a lot easier when I was younger, but I think I still perform well. It's all about the right technique, anyway I hope this helps someone.

1980 saw the release of Pac-Man.

A game where you control the main character, Pac-Man, while eating dots and avoiding 4 multi coloured ghosts, and occasionally eating fruit.

It took over the world.

Along with bikes, that looked like this. In the blend of the dragster and muscle bike era, and in the moments before sunrise of what would become BMX, MX bikes, designs to mimick dirt bikes, had it all in a choke hold.
