Good News Power Basketball Club is looking for players to join our U16 Boys teams!

📍 Brinbeal Secondary College

We’re looking for those born in 2012 and 2013 who are ready to compete, develop their skills and be part of a great team.

Come along, show us what you’ve got and have a crack!

Power BC are excited to be launching our new performance programs in the Summer 2026/2027 Season for players looking to upskill and get more training in with intensity, purpose and hustle! Coached by experienced coaches in a high-level environment, these extra sessions are developed to bring your child's skills to the next level & bring true transformation to their game.

Please note, these will be capped, and players must be registered Power Players for the Summer 26/27 Season to participate, as a Power Exclusive! 🏀

GIRL-POWER SQUAD💙
Aimed at female players who are talent identified within the Club.
Ages 6-17 years
6-week program (15/10 - 19/11)
Thursdays 6 am - 6:45 am (45-minute session)
Players will also receive a Girl-Power Squad Exclusive Singlet.

LIGHTNING ELITE PROGRAM💪🏻
Aimed at male and female players who are talent identified within the Club.
Ages 6 -17 years
6-week program (15/10 - 19/11)
Thursdays 7:00 - 7:45 am (45-minute session)
Players will also receive a Lightning Elite Exclusive Singlet.

Want to play U14, U16 or U18 representative basketball in 2026/27 but never played rep before? This is your first step.

Key Details:
• Dates: Sunday, 30th August & Sunday, 6th September
• Venue: Eagle Stadium
• Cost: $25 per athlete (non-refundable)
• Note: Attendance at all tryouts is required

Eligibility:
• Must not have played VJBL in the past two years.
• Successful athletes progress to official VJBL Tryouts in October.
