New Private Group Class: Goodlife Gym, Preston
Cycle (of course..☺). 10 weeks, 3 session times per week:
MONDAY 6am
WEDNESDAY 6.15pm
FRIDAY 9.45am
(Times/days may be subject to change - due to demand)
Come to one, or all. Each week, we will cover a new topic and learn new skills. 10 week course.
This is for you if:
**You find yourself struggling with technique or form.
**Find that you fatigue sooner than you'd like.
**Want to learn about the physiology of cycling - how to use cycle classes not only to increase your fitness, but also to improve your muscle tone, learn core control and lean up the whole body.
**You want to learn mental techniques for preparation and disciplined efforts on the bike.
**You are nervous about joining the regular scheduled classes.
We will cover absolutely everything, from cycle set-up to fitting and equipment choices, such as shoes and cycle clothing. We will discuss how to use indoor cycling for injury rehabilitation, and how to address physical issues such as tight Hip-flexors and ITB, and also lower back pain or other back problems.
You will be physically challenged, beginner or veteran. You will learn how to hill climb, how to sprint, how (and why...) to utilise different muscle groups to improve your stamina, aerobic and cardio systems,
Also, during the 10 weeks, you will improve your fitness, power and speed, both on, and off, the bike.
Costs as follows: (Payment required at time of booking)
1 session per week, 10 weeks: $120
2 sessions per week, 10 weeks: $180
3 sessions per week, 10 weeks: $240
