Melbourne’s skyline lit up purple and pink overnight thanks to AAMI Park and the MCG's turf grow lights which could be seen right across the city 🩷

Low cloud and mist made the lights even more visible, giving the skyline an almost surreal look similar to an Aurora Australis ✨

We use the grow lights to help the grass grow and recover by providing artificial light and heat 🌱

Redditors took to the platform to share photos of the glow across Melbourne.
