If you look closely I am in a gym, I wasnât just out flexinâ in a library.
I would tho, if the lighting was right.
But Iâm not.
Mindset during a cut is key.
Also discipline.
& consistency.
Work out what your patterns are, where are you constantly making excuses?
Become aware of this & start calling yourself out on your s**t.
Iâve had to push myself back into better habits this week, were there times I didnât want to? Yes. Did it feel hard? Yes.
But doing the easy things or only doing it when you want to will only get you so far.

Nothing changes if nothing changes.
You canât keep doing the same thing, expecting different results.
I was stuck in a mental rut for a few months & it got to a point where I was like, hang on a damn minute.
Iâm in control of this.
Iâm controlling how I respond to my life.
Iâm controlling what I do with my time.
I was waiting for something to change without actively making these changes myself.
Our thoughts control our feelings, our feelings control our actions⌠& we control our thoughts.
So start making the change up here đ§ , if youâre wanting to change your reality.

8 years between these pictures.
Consistently training.
Consistently eating protein.
Consistently prioritising myself.
Thereâs been a heap of upâs and downs between then & now.
& alot of lessons.
You see a physical change but for me the biggest comparison is the mindset changes Iâve endured to be where I am & who I am today.
At this point in my âfitness journeyâ I was mocked for always posting about gym.
I was mocked for posting inspirational things to try help others.
I was called obsessed.
I was laughed at for not drinking at events.
I was told this wonât last, itâll just be a fadâŚ

Anyone else have outfit rules for specific training days or is that just me?
Training is feeling fab at the moment, smashing my sessions early in the day really helps me - mentally more than anything!
