Have you been thinking you’d look good wearing one of these this week? Yes, you’ll look simply awesome because it’s thanks to YOUR kindness and parkrun community spirit that our wonderful parkrun will be able to run. 🏃🏽‍♂️ ❤️

We need:
🌟 First Timers Welcome
🌟 Marshal (boost our 300 or so Parkrunners each lap with a smile and a cheer as they pass you and be our eyes on the course). 🕺🏻💃🏼 You can do it with a friend or family member, too (you both get credit!)

Don’t forget…
- Allow time for parking
- Wear blue if you want (the parkrun tradition colour to celebrate a 500 milestone).

Blue is the traditional colour for a 500 parkrun milestone. Why not wear blue this week to celebrate? 👕

(You don’t have to wear blue, all that matters is that you’re there!)

Allow extra time for parking, and if you’re one of our kind volunteers, please come at 7:30am.

On a wintery morning, eleven years ago,
Jells parkrun started in the June chilly glow.
Through 499 events in the park,
Over 17,000 people have left their bright mark!

They’ve trundled and danced, they have walked and they’ve run,
And this Saturday morning, we hit the big one.
Our pacers are ready to help you hit targets and shine,
To celebrate five hundred past the finish line!
