Hey y'all! It's been a while since you heard from us. We've been relocating this year and are now in WA! 😃

We're super excited to start running events again. We had a fantastic time delivering our new "Intimacy Bridge" workshop at the Uphoria mini festival in Freo on Saturday night. Participants were excited to learn about the 4 intimacy styles we've uncovered. If you want to discover yours, keep an eye out for our next workshop!

A huge shout out to Pasan and the crew from JoyTribe Events who put on a fantastic alcohol-free dance and conscious connection event on Saturday night. If you're in WA, keep an eye out for their events, including the Bliss Festival over New Year's Eve, which we'll be attending!

Just finished running our 7-week Love, S*x and Power Lab!

A big thank you to everyone who participated and trusted us to take them on a journey of self-discovery around love, s*x and power.

We had an amazing time, it was a lot of fun, and everyone really shifted their relationship to themselves and their lives.

We feel so blessed that all our hard work we've put into this course has been received so well!

Our next one is in mid Feb for those who are interested!

It's tonight! The Love, S*x and Power Lab launches and takes it's first flight :-)

About 7 years ago I was standing in front of a group of women at a Goddess Voice workshop (led by the amazing Dominique Oyston). She had adjusted my posture, pulled my chin in, then invited me to address the group of ladies as if I was giving a speech.

I opened my mouth and the words tumbled out before I could catch them....

'Who here wants to have the most amazing s*x?'

I was met with a bevy of widened eyes as I stood there feeling rather gobsmacked 😲

After a momentary pause, the room erupted as the ladies all shot their hands into the air and shouted ME!! 🤩

Fast forward to the beginning of last year and I'm helping out a relative who wanted to talk through some issues they had around s*xuality.

After our conversation they thanked me and said 'You would be able to help so many people who have issues in this area!'

I went home that night, googled my S*x and Relationship Course and signed up within 2 days.

The course had nothing to do with s*x tips or tricks - what I discovered is that it's all about creating and maintaining intimacy, especially during those moments when you are confronted and triggered. Learning how to maintain a loving connection and navigate and express what you are sensing and feeling in your heart, mind and body.

I felt like every person on the planet needed to be having these conversations and doing these practices, as so many of us struggle when it comes to relationships and creating intimacy like I have (for many years I found it difficult to express and embody my truth).

The somatic processes I learned weaved beautifully with the relationship work Ian and I were already facilitating, with the material we had already developed and molded into a course...

That course is The, Love, S*x and Power Lab 🔥💗✨and it starts this Thursday evening. We are looking for a few more folks who are hungry to learn these tools and transform their relationships and life!

I graduated from my Somatic S*x and Relationship course on Monday!

One of the things I've been reclaiming during my course, surprisingly, has been my SWEETNESS☺️

I had a traumatic memory come up from age 9 when I was ordered to stand up in the class (along with about 7 other boys and girls) and told that I was dirty and disgusting for innocently kissing boys. Some of the kissing occurred at the back of the church and we were punished and humiliated for that.

I feel like a part of my innocence died that day as I took on being guilty and sinful. Through this course I've been healing the trauma I was still holding onto in my nervous system. I've been reclaiming the evolution of my sweet, erotic energy that was interrupted that day and understand it's the basis for my sensual, free-loving and playful self.

It's been so healing and nourishing to embrace my sweetness again, to bring it to every aspect of my relationship! I've been letting go of the harsh ways I talk to my partner at times, finding a sweeter voice and way to say things, I've been bringing more tenderness and care to how I do things in general, how I caress and appreciate my body and his.

I've been teaching him how to meet this part of me. Bringing more tenderness and sweetness to our intimate realms has been profoundly healing, sumptuous and s*xy, but more than anything I feel like my body and being are encompassed in a warm and divine, nurturing expression of love I've not allowed before. It's been extremely beautiful🥹

I wanted to share my journey because I feel that sweetness is often overlooked when it comes to s*x and relationships, but is has been a game-changer for me. The sweetness really is the honey and we don't have to let it go just because we are adults.

It's been so important to validate and reclaim my sweetness. No matter where you are on your journey I acknowledge and honour your sweet side and the erotic innocence in you! This picture bought tears to my eyes, I'm so grateful - I hope you enjoy and get to appreciate the joys of being sweet too 💗🌹
