Not because I disappeared but because life’s been doing what it does best… being loud.
Kids, work, training, snack requests, repeat.

And honestly? That’s exactly why I still coach.

They need support, structure, and someone who actually gets real life.

School holiday mamas… I see you

How do you work, sleep, cook, clean, entertain, rest, walk the dog, meal prep, socialise, workout, look after your skin, wash your hair…
Does the list ever end? 😮‍💨

Truth is - I don’t have the answer
Because it looks different for everyone

BUT after being on this journey for a long time, here are a few tips that have genuinely helped me 👇

✨ Preparation is everything
Meals, activities, shopping lists, and even setting expectations with your kids about what tomorrow looks like - it removes so much mental load

✨ Make YOUR workout the non-negotiable
When your cup is full, your energy rises, your patience improves, and suddenly you’re ticking more boxes with ease
Beast mode: activated 🔥

✨ Get your kids involved
When they see your passion turn into a habit, curiosity follows
You might be surprised how much fun it is bringing them along for the journey 💛

This season is full… but it can still be powerful.
Progress trumps perfection.

(And yes — this is what school holiday training looks like in our house 😉)

So many of us grew up believing that fitness had to feel like punishment…
