An injury doesn’t have to mean doing nothing at all. Sometimes training just looks a little different for a while.
Proud of for continuing to show up, stay active, and adapt his training while recovering from a shoulder injury. It’s a good reminder that consistency isn’t about everything being perfect. It’s about working with what you’ve got and keeping yourself moving where you can 👏
