Monday - boxing / cardio
Tuesday - stretching / mobility
Wednesday - weights
Thursday - bum, balance and core
Friday - weights
8am - 9am
Saturday Hotpot - a surprise mix that is usually pretty spicy 😜
EVENING CLASSES
6pm - 645pm
Monday - stretching / mobility
Tuesday - weights
Thursday - boxing / cardio
Classes are $22 for a casual or $200 for 4 weeks unlimited classes.
I ask all newbies to start with a mat-based class (Mon 6pm, Tues 6am, Thurs 6am)

Shout out to yesterday’s crew!
There is a 6am class Monday through to Friday and evening classes on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
That said, I am a one woman show with another job and a full life so classes are not set in stone - on that note, next week is a little funky with no classes on Monday or Tuesday night but there will be a Donuts class on Wednesday eve and Thursday night boxing will run as normal 😅

I encourage all new members to start with a Peaches or Roots class which run on Mondays at 6pm, Tuesdays at 6am and Thursdays at 6am.
These are our slower paced mat-based classes focusing on foundational movements.

Shout out to the 6am Wednesday Donuts crew! We’ve been enjoying some cracker mornings lately and this morning was absolutely gold 🌅
No evening sesh tonight but 6am Peaches (B***y, balance and core) and 6am Chillies (Boxing) are on like donkey kong.

Our Roots class is our mobility class. It’s a blend of Yoga movements, active stretches, various prehab and rehab exercises I’ve had to do over the years and funky moves I’ve picked up in my decade as a movement coach.
It’s a slow mat-based class where we move to maintain and understand our ranges of motion to reduce our chance of injury and get the most out of our other higher intensity classes.
This is the perfect class for beginners or those that maybe feel like they’re back at square one.
