AI can be a great tool, but when it comes to training, it can also get things wrong.
It doesn’t know your current strength, your limitations, your technique, your injuries, your training history or when you’re pushing beyond what you should.
A good PT does.
They can watch how you move, adjust exercises when something doesn’t feel right, change the plan when your body isn’t responding well and actually coach you through every rep.
Because your workout shouldn’t just be a list of exercises that sounds good.
It should be built around you, your goals and what your body can actually handle. 💪
So before you ask ChatGPT for your next workout… maybe come talk to a PT instead. 😉
