Nepal Powerlifting Association initiates national records registration policy!
The record will be titled as ‘Nepal Powerlifting National Record’

Categories of national records:
1. Highest Squat in each weight and age class (male and female)
2. Highest Benchpress in each weight and age class (male and female)
3. Highest Deadlift in each weight and age class (male and female)
4. Highest totals of squat, bench press and deadlift in each weight and age class (male and female)
5. Nepal’s heaviest total lift (male and female)
6. Nepal’s highest GL Points (male and female)
7. Nepal’s heaviest squat (male and female)
8. Nepal’s heaviest bench press (male and female)
9. Nepal’s heaviest deadlift (male and female)

Who are eligible to register their lift?
1. Only lifts made in Nepal Powerlifting Association affiliated events will be eligible for Nepal Powerlifting National Records.
2. The lifts must have been performed in the judgement of Nepal Powerlifting Association’s assigned judges and must have been recorded as a goodlift in NePA’s record.

How to claim your record?
- Simply just email us your achievements that you think are eligible for national record and the association’s team will verify it in our record books of event. Once your claim gets verified you’ll recieve a email with a soft copy of your national record and contact the Nepal Powerlifting officials to recieve the hard copy of your certificate.
