Wow what a week🤩! 3X Quad singles Roland Garros champion!!

In the beginning of the week I was mentally totally not ready for the tournament but I am so happy I could turn it around completely. So I want to thank the people around me that helped me with this and win my 9th grand slam title💪

Now it’s time for me to rest at home and then prepare for Wimbledon.

What a night🤩!

Yesterday was the premiere of the documentary about my Road to Australia. It was made by 3 students for their school project but it was so much bigger then that. It was a pleasure to work with you guys .de.graaf. Thank you to everyone who came to the premiere.

In januari ging weer een droom in vervulling: mijn overwinning op de Australian Open – de laatste ontbrekende schakel in mijn Career Golden Slam. Een moment vol trots, maar ook met een emotionele lading door het verlies van mijn coach en vriend.

Op 15 mei neem ik je mee in mijn verhaal: over doorzetten, omgaan met tegenslagen en hoe je een beperking kunt ombuigen naar succes. Daarna vertonen we een indrukwekkende documentaire over mijn reis naar deze titel – gemaakt door drie talentvolle filmmakers hier uit de omgeving.

Een inspirerende avond, met film, verhaal én een gezellige start van je weekend.

Runner up at the Japan Open in one of my longest matches in a final. Lost to Sam Schroder 6-7 6-3 7-6, but I am very happy with my performance.

Thomas werd vroeger van de baan geslagen door Niels Vink, nu maakt hij een film over hem Thomas Swinkels zat ooit in hetzelfde jeugd-tennisteam als Niels Vink. Nu heeft de Helmonder een documentaire gemaakt over zijn succesvolle stadsgenoot. De film volgt Vink op weg naar zijn nog ontbrekende Grand Slam-titel. Net na een groot verlies.
