We start Monday June 8
When I stopped training purely for aesthetics and started training with more of a goal to improve my fitness and overall health, that’s when I noticed the biggest shift in my body ❤️🔥
I began focusing on things like building strength by lifting weights, improving my fitness by incorporating sprints, runs, conditioning, increasing my bone density by doing compound lifts and jumping, moving better and supporting my long-term health through Pilates.
Instead of asking, ”How can I make my body look fitter?”
I started asking, ”How can I make my body stronger?”
Since making that shift, I’ve noticed more energy, better fitness, improved confidence and a deeper appreciation for what my body is capable of.
And interestingly... the feminine curves followed by putting on more muscle and creating more of an hourglass shape. My body leaned out even though I eat way more now.
That’s why my upcoming 6-week dumbbell only Strong Elegance Challenge combines my three favourite training styles:

This Pilates x strength class focuses on sculpting your glutes, obliques and triceps using controlled, intentional movement. Expect deep core activation, posture-focused strength, balance work and elegant mobility using dumbbells (with optional ankle weights).
