What a season it’s been at Energy Tennis! 9 teams entered, we had 7 make the semifinals and 6 went through to the grand finals — a great effort all the way!

Huge congratulations to our Section 9 and Section 14 teams for the wins 🏆

Proud of every player who gave their best this season — the teamwork, putting in the work and the growth has been amazing to watch. Bring on the next season! 💪🎾🤙🏻 The journey continues.

Energy Tennis Our summer holiday programs are on again for the Juniors from tomorrow. See below for all the details. Book now! Places are currently available.

The professional tournament tours continues again locally in a few more days, with players in preparation for their Australian summer swing, culminating with the 🎾🌞🤙🏻. Also the Junior tournaments keep rolling, with many young players competing for the rewards. Head coach Val Cerqualia recognises the importance of being in the best possible physical and mental shape. The mind and body are linked and one follows the other. So having a good understanding on how to get the best out of one's body, mind, emotions and energy is essential to reach a higher level.
A big clue is that the body benefits from movement and the mind benefits from stillness.

Private lessons available from the 5th January for anyone competing in tournaments and anyone wanting to level up their game. We are also offering our Hit with a pro sessions. One of our pros will hit with you and work on drills or set play. We have pros also available to hit on your homecourt throughout summer. And our jr clincs continue in January.
