A fun skill-based fitness session done with Muay Thai / S&C Coach on developing agility, speed endurance and conditioning to improve performance using body weight, plyometric and circuit training. ⚽️☄️DM for pt enquiries

We back at Strike’s .ss fundraiser event, first one for the year - with Michael, Ali & Ciaran getting in for some strong sparring rounds. Great efforts by the boys, kept it fun and engaging. Nice work by everyone putting in the time training consistently leading up. Thanks to Coach with your help to corner also 🙏
