I love my job and love helping those that want to better their health and fitness, both mentally and physically. Both in my opinion are just as important as each other.

Massive congrats to Katherine who has now started in person training with me over the past 2 weeks but has been working with me for the past 3 months and has achieved almost a 6kg weight loss in that time.

You should be super proud of what you have achieved as I am proud of what you have and will achieve in the future 😀

Even though I am a personal trainer, you would think that I would always be in the gym working out. Well you would be wrong. I can understand what life is like as a busy parent and finding time in your day to do something for your health and fitness can often be hard.

Even though I have 2 kids and 2 step kids, run a business, out on the road training clients and doing all of the business things, I still find the time to get in at least 2 workouts over the week. Even if I find that I can only get 1 workout done, then I will do something else to keep myself fit. I will go for a walk or even a bike ride.

Its not all about eating chicken and broccoli or even going to the gym 2 times a day 6 days a week, it’s all about finding what works for you and making sure it’s manageable long term and fits your lifestyle.

🎉 Client Shoutout 🎉

Bec started training with me a little while ago now and set herself a goal to lose 10kg.

She ended up achieving her goal and all from working out from her home with minimal equipment.

In conjunction with mindset coaching around food and exercise Bec hit her goal in 16 weeks.
