Congratulations to Ronan Cameron-Gleeson, Brendan Goldsmid, Dante Minassian and Colton Craig in Level 7, and Samuel Holmes in Level 8.
This incredible opportunity comes as many of our Level 8 students are performing with The Australian Ballet On Tour, opening the door for some of our talented Level 7 students to step into this professional experience.
We are so proud of these students and wish them every success as they take to the stage with The Australian Ballet. We can't wait to follow their journey 👏

Exciting news! We’re delighted to welcome Lucinda Dunn OAM back to The Australian Ballet School for Terms 3 and 4.
After working with our Level 8 students earlier this year, Lucinda will continue to guide and inspire the graduating cohort, as well as join part of the National Tour in support of the students.
Alongside recent coaching from Leanne Benjamin OBE AM, these opportunities to learn from some of ballet’s most respected artists are incredibly meaningful for our young dancers. We can’t wait to welcome Lucinda back to the studio!

Meet Zachary Medved, one of our 2026 Level 8 students!
Originally from Canberra, Zachary began ballet at four years old after watching his older sister perform and deciding he wanted to dance too. After moving to Melbourne at eight, he continued his training and later joined the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School (VCASS), where he developed under the guidance of dedicated teachers, including Timothy Harbour.
In 2025, Zachary joined The Australian Ballet School, working with renowned choreographers, ending the year on a high where over the Summer break, he was seconded to The Australian Ballet to dance in their Storytime Ballet: The Nutcracker, which was created in collaboration with the company’s former artistic director, David McAllister AC. Now in his graduate year, he is excited to perform works by Lucas Jervies and Stephanie Lake, as well as working with Sydney Dance Company as apart of their 2026 secondment program.
Alongside ballet, Zachary has a strong passion for choreography and enjoys creating his own work, drawing inspiration from both his training and personal experiences. He is fascinated by ballet’s pursuit of precision and expression through movement, and loves performing because the stage feels like a place where he can fully be himself.
