Think no more concrete ceilings, poor oxygenation of traditional gyms or harsh lighting, we train outdoors in the open air. Our bootcamp class challenges the body both aerobically (think increased heart rate ) and anaerobically (jelly legs and fatigued muscles). By the end of each session all the muscles through the body will have been trained, along with burning heaps of calories.
With the amount of time spent indoors these days, use your daily hour of exercise as an opportunity to spend an extra hour outside, surrounded by nature and fresh air.
