Sixth Sense Surfboards

The one and only mal that was made by us in the early 90s. It spent its life in QLD and was kindly returned to us recently. A bit sunburnt. Lol

Shed find ! This here is a fibreglass mould made in the 90’s by sixth sense in a attempt to start producing fibreglass skateboards. One was made from this mould and the shape thickness,concaves and kick were all good. The weight however was a bit heavy. The board was tested on a steel ramp on a hot day and the heat made the board real Flexi . It needed a lightweight strong core layer. We never attempted another but this mould could be reused many times.

Sixth Sense Surfboards also owned a indoor skate park and shop in the late 90's
