Yesterday marked the conclusion of the APT Satellite Showdown pop-up series, and we were truly blown away by the support of the Melbourne poker community.

Our goal for our APT Satellite Showdown was to deliver players a premium tournament poker experience and find a balance of great value, price points, great structures, big prize pools, as well as give players more opportunities than ever before to qualify for the Crown Poker Victorian Poker Championships. Thanks to your incredible support, we were able to do exactly that. Tournament poker is our passion at the Australian Poker Tour.

First and foremost, thank you to our venue partner, Crowne Plaza Melbourne Carlton. From the hotel management and event staff, your support throughout the series was outstanding. We truly appreciate everything you did to help make this event a success.

To our incredible team of tournament directors, dealers, floor staff, administration, media crew, logistics, the team at Dazzla, and everyone working behind the scenes, thank you. These events simply don't happen without the hard work, dedication and passion of the people who give their all every single day.
