Exercise doesn’t have to be a chore, it can be anything active, a walk to your favourite shop or even dancing and playing games. When you change your mindset you might just find something you enjoy doing.

To MOVE is defined as ‘to push, pull, carry, change the position of or keep in motion.’
There are many ways you can MOVE, you just have to find the way that suits you and GO! Swimming 🏊♀️ basketball ⛹️♀️ walking 🚶♀️ boxing 🥊 riding 🚴🏻 weight training 🏋️ dancing 🕺🏽What ever takes your fancy😆

Have you heard about Rosebud Park Run? It’s free, it’s ‘only’ 5km, it’s on every Saturday at 8am. It’s such a great way to motivate you and keep you accountable. You can walk or run it or both. You can bring your dog or a friend. It’s the same course every week so you know what to expect and can keep improving your time. I’ll see you there on the 16th of January 😉 (make sure you sign up on the website beforehand)

We made green smoothies this week. On Sunday I blended a mix of kale, cucumber, carrot, celery, spinach, pear and coconut water and then froze them.
Today I put 2 cubes in the blender with coconut milk and coconut yoghurt. It was delicious and easy.
It’s great having the frozen cubes ready to go in the freezer to save on time and when you have nothing in the fridge.
