WEEK 8 FIXTURE ⚾️

With rain due this week we’re not sure how many games will go ahead but here we go ☔️ 🔥

Our B3 and B4 Black squad are at THE TOM 📍 this week taking on Forrest Hill. Both Forrest Hill teams are maintaining a top 4 position so our saints will have a tough battle ahead of them this week 🔥 ⚾️

Our B4 Gold squad keep rolling and are travelling to Ross Straw Field 📍Our golds have now achieved a winning record after starting the season 0-3 and turning it around with a 4-0 run the last 4 weeks. Now they look to continue their streak this week 🔥 🥇

ROUND 7 RESULTS + POTW ⚾️ 🔥

Our B3 team keeps rolling with their undefeated season, taking down North Coburg 11-4, bats stayed consistent throughout the day and was backed by great pitching. 🔥 💪🏼

Our B4 Blacks go down in a nail biter against North Coburg losing 3-5. B4 Blacks played a strong game, just not enough to keep North Coburg at bay. 🌦️ ⚾️

Our B4 Gold keep their hot streak alive winning 11-7 over Waverley. Golds have now not lost a game since the St Kilda derby 🔥 🥇

POTW goes to Kanta Wantanabe 🏆 ⚾️

ROUND 7 + POTW ⚾️ 🔥

Our B3 and B4 Black team are on the road this week travelling to Parker Reserve in North Coburg 📍 to take on North Coburg. B3 look to stay on their hot roll and continue their win streak and B4 Black look to hopefully get back into the win column 🥇 🏆 🔥

B4 Gold are away as well travelling to Napier Park in Waverly 📍 against Waverly. They look to continue their roll and make it a 4-0 win streak after this weekend.

ROUND 6 RESULTS 🔥 ⚾️

Our B3 squad remains the only undefeated team in the B3 comp as they took down the toughest side down, RMIT in a back and fourth game 🥇 🏆 ⚾️

B4 Blacks struggled to get the bats going as they come short up against RMIT B4 squad 😔 💥

B4 Gold continue their great stretch as they have won their last 3 games after a rough 0-3 start to the season. Golds came out ready to swing as they tacked on 14 runs against diamond creek 💪🏼 ⚾️ ❗️

Another good week in the books as our teams continue to grow and become better 🔥

So we thank everyone around the Baseball Australia community who give up their time to help the sport ❤️

Our amazing 12 person board who all give up their time up to keep this club in tip top shape. Our B3 and B4 Black squads face off at the TOM 📍 against a strong RMIT side who are competing with us for 1st on the ladder. Can only expect a intense clash between these two teams 🔥 💪🏼

Our B4 Gold side continues to roll as they travel to Northcote Merri Peek 📍 to take on Diamond Creek.
Currenlty on a 2 game winning streak, they look to keep the streak alive this week 🥇 ⚾️

B3 take a strong 13-1 win over Waverley powered by a Jeff Lemanksi and Joshua Smart homerun (slide 2) 🔥 💪🏼 Backed by some great pitching to keep the strong Waverley side to 1 run

B4 Black go down 4-9 unfortunately against a tough Waverley side 😔 ⚾️

B4 Gold collect their second win of the season backed with some strong pitching from their starter Will and relief pitcher Ace as they ran wild on the bases stealing 5 throughout the game 🔥 🏃
