The Body Composition Diet!
There are 100’s of way to “diet”, whether it’s keto, paleo, vegan etc. but what’s optimal?

This awesome bunch need your help!
With COVID, long term injuries and pregnancies effecting our numbers this year we are down to the bare minimum and have spots available in all grades.
If you’re missing your netball and feel like it’s too late to play this season, it’s not!
Message us on this club page. Trainings when available are Thursday nights. The girls are very social and welcoming and would love some more help on Saturdays.
We have weeks of early games and normal times so we can just about suit any bodies needs at the moment. With great coaches, a great bunch of girls and a very supportive club you won’t regret it.

First Goal Setting + nutrition session of the year ✅
Today we talked about all things goal setting, the BE + DO = HAVE Method and also Accountability!
In terms of nutrition we covered how to adjust a daily intake to help with performance specific to gym training and preparing for sporting competitions. We also looked at ways to change nutrition for body recomposition.
We then had a training party where we did:
A1. Deadlifts 4x6
A2. Arnold Press 4x8
B1. Flat DB Press Full Rotation 4x10
B2. Heels Elevated Squats 4x15
With a bicep curl finisher + 2 min Plank 💪🏼
Finishing the day with coffees ☕️
