If your treatment keeps working - and the pain keeps coming back - it’s not the treatment’s fault.
It’s that nobody’s changed the pattern underneath it.
Had a client come to me after 18 months of this.
Neck pain
Lower back stiffness
Headaches
Each appointment gave them relief. Each week brought it all back.
The body was just reverting. Same compensations, same positions, same load on the same spots.
We stopped chasing the symptoms and started retraining the patterns behind them.
Teaching the muscles to actually hold somewhere different.
Building a body that wasn’t constantly working against itself.
Mid-40s. Feeling and moving better than they had in years.
Hadn’t needed a treatment appointment in months.
Because once the pattern changes, there’s nothing left to keep recreating the pain.
↳ DM me MOVE if you’re stuck in this cycle.
Let’s figure out what’s actually driving it.

My client Michelle ran a 10k for the first time with minimal pain this week - after just 6 sessions together.
Most people train muscles. If you’re trying to fix your posture & movement patterns
And actually get to the root-cause of those aches & pains
You need to train how the body actually moves.
And there’s a real difference.
Isolation work has its place - it’s great for building strength and aesthetics.
But if you’re dealing with chronic aches, stiffness, or pain that keeps coming back no matter what you try, isolated exercises are rarely going to fix it.
Our muscles aren’t designed to work alone.
They’re part of a coordinated system - one that relies on your breathing, your posture, your joint positioning, and the way different parts of your body communicate with each other when you move.
When that system is off, one area compensates for another.
And that compensation shows up as pain, tightness, or the feeling that something just isn’t right - even when you’re training hard.
The shift happens when you stop training individual muscles and start training the system.
Something as fundamental as learning to breathe properly to engage your core - and maintaining that under movement - can change everything.
Injuries can reduce. Stability improves. The way you move in everyday life improves.
Michelle is a good example. After 6 sessions focused on exactly this, she ran her first 10k with minimal pain.
Not because we found one muscle that was weak and isolated it.
Because we taught her body how to coordinate properly.
That’s the difference between exercising and actually training how you move.
DM me MOVE if you want to understand what this looks like for your body specifically.
