So yeh I’d argue you don’t need a better scales script, you need better marketing that speaks to the person who can recognise their patterns, take ownership and is READY to do something about it 👏🏽

Better messaging = better buyers = better clients, period

After 9 years in business & working with 500+ founders, I’m tired of watching people burn themselves out chasing advice that doesn’t even work :-)

You don’t need a 3rd offer if you can’t sell the first one You don’t need ads if your offer sucks
You don’t need a retreat or event if you have no cash flow
& more followers isn’t going to save you if you can’t close a sale…

None of this is sexy work BUT it’s the stuff that actually builds sustainable business instead of the stuff that just FEELS productive!!

Save it for later when you need reminding 😚

The opportunities we have as business owners today are INSANE!!
When I started my business, I had no personal brand, no big audience and no idea what I was doing online.

I had to learn how to create content, build an audience, sell my services and make money online.

And now? You can literally do all of that from your phone.
Instagram is a FREE tool that allows you to reach potential clients all over the world, build trust with people you’ve never met and create opportunities that were genuinely impossible for most business owners 20 years ago!!!

And yet some of you are acting like posting a reel is a personal attack lol

“I hate creating content.”
“Instagram isn’t working.”
“Why do I have to post so much?”

Besite you asked for a business.

Content is how people discover you, it’s how they get to know you, it’s how you show them what you do and why they should work with you.

You don’t have to love every second of it, but you do need to stop treating it like an inconvenience.

Because the opportunity is right there. For FREE.
You don’t need another rebrand, a new Canva template or someone to tell you the algorithm is against you.

You need to get better at using the tools you already have.

Stop being a brat about content and start treating it like the opportunity it is 🤍

Only 22% of CEOs in Australia are women, so when women build businesses, create jobs, hit big revenue milestones & become industry leaders I think we should celebrate the FKKK OUT OF THEM.

Because women are so good at celebrate everyone else, their clients, their partners, their friends & their teams but not themselves

So today I am celebrating some of the incredible women founders in my world 🌍

Meet Samantha Grace | Career Consultant | Job Search Strategist, career consultant, proud owner of three degrees & genuinely the queen of getting s**t done efficiently 👏🏽

Samantha is paving the way for what career searching in Australia should look like & she’s not afraid to do things differently.
She has just created & launched her signature program The CFF, something that has genuinely never been done in the career consultancy space before & watching her back herself, build something from nothing & show up even when she didn’t want to has been so cool.

Her leadership is unmatched, her brain works at approximately 17,000 miles an hour & she has a way of making everything look easy.

Fast forward 6 months and she has DOUBLED her client load AND hired her first employee

She’s the queen of having her mornings to herself, training HARD at the gym, getting her work done & somehow still having the dreamiest hair known to woman!!

But what I love most about Ilana is that she has this perfect balance of being incredibly professional and extremely down to earth.
