It's not always about personal bests (PBs), but it often is a good indicator that we are on the right track.
PBs are your milestones in the gym - hitting a new max weight for reps or lifting more weights for volume, or smashing a faster cardio time (whatever your cardio of choice).
PBs are solid, quantative proof that you're leveling up.
But here's the key: progressive overload! Gradually up the weight, reps, or intensity to keep challenging your body.

With the summer (and silly season) fast approaching, I just wanted to let you all know about a promo I am running.

Been thinking about starting a health and fitness kick but it's feeling a bit daunting or unavailable to you for whatever reason - kids, finances, time??
I have run a home based PT in Mt Martha for the last 12+ years, kids are always welcome and there are not many things in my career that I haven't seen or been able to work around!
I am about to have a few prime time spots oen up due to a couple of regular clients moving interstate (4pm and later sessions), and I currently have some availability during the days, perfect for after school drop off.
