On behalf of the Dromana Football Netball Club we would like to advise all Players, Life Members, Members, Sponsors & Supporters that Ben Holmes has stepped aside as Senior Coach of the club.

This was a mutual agreement between the club & Ben, we thank him for all the time & efforts being our Senior Coach over the past 2 years.

Gavin Taylor (current Assistant Coach) has been appointed Interim Senior Coach for the rest of 2025 season.

The club will advertise for the 2026 Senior Coaching position in coming weeks.

Limited parking at Mornington - there is no parking in and around the ground, so get there early or park in the old Woolies carpark. Please be aware there is Junior Netball on (and possibly parking inspectors around), parking is limited.

The Matthews Shield (in honour of Life Members Colin and Anthony Matthews) has been handed back to Rosebud after a tight 13 point win by Rosebud Senior Football Team at Olympic Park. Lorraine Matthews handed the shield on to son Anthony for the first time in 3 years.

A big Thankyou to all the amazing volunteers for the huge effort for our first home game for 2025 and our first with our new Netball Court, what a day! A big shout out to all the supporters for their patience and respect. Congratulations to The new Prez and VP, well done on a very successful day

Well done to all our teams, congrats to Red Hill for getting the chocolates in the Netball, U19’s and Reserves, glad we were able to sing the song after the seniors!

The club mourns the passing of Life Member Vicki Holt after a long battle with cancer.
Most will know Vicki for her Tiger Talk newsletter and the sale of club merchandise on game days, however her time at the club started in the early 2000's when nephew David Barnes and nephew-in-law Doug Haskett joined the club. Vicki ran the canteen, organised the Thursday night meals, she also helped with club administration and co-ordinating player weekly awards and 3/4 time lollies. She loved being involved!
Though very ill over the last few seasons, she still managed to attend games when possible.
Vicki, thank you for your service to Dromana Football & Netball Club, we will miss you and all that you gave.
