This one you won’t want to miss!!

Join us on Saturday the 27th of June for a day of reminiscing and reconnection, as we celebrate 80 years of the Rosellas.

All 5 senior open aged teams will be playing on the day, with the 3 men’s teams wearing our heritage jumpers, featuring the famous red sash.

This will be our past players day, so share far and wide, if you’ve had a connection to The Basin over the years, we want to celebrate with you on the day.

Over the next 4 Thursdays, we are encouraging members past and present to join us in our Batterham rooms from 6pm-7pm, to help us piece together the day, we want your input to help us create a memorable event for our wonderful community!

Further to that, we are seeking pieces of our history to display on the day for all to see and enjoy, be it newspaper articles, awards, old playing gear or merchandise, you name it we want to know about it, if you think you may have something you’d like to loan, please feel free to bring it down over the coming weeks!

We are thrilled that all-rounder Danny O’Shea has committed to The Basin Cricket Club the next 2 seasons.

The spin king has filled up his trophy cabinet since joining us which includes 3 consecutive Norm Reeves bowling averages. We all look forward to seeing some more records broken over the next 2 seasons!

We are stoked to announce that all-rounder Nick McDonald has put pen to paper for the next 2 seasons at The Basin Cricket Club.

A true all rounder in all aspects of the game, Nick was the glue of our 1XI playing every match last season. He delivered match-winning spells with the ball and clutch knocks with the bat when we needed them most!
