The irony of restriction is that the more rules we create around food, the more space food takes up in our minds.
Food freedom creates room for the things that actually matter. Less time stressing over every bite, more time enjoying experiences, conversations, and memories without a running commentary in your head about what you should or shouldn’t be eating.
That’s a trade I’ll take every time 😋🤍

Funny how the best moments have less to do with what’s on the plate and more to do with how present you are for them. Grateful for good food, good company, and a mindset that lets me enjoy both. 😋❤️

A reminder that sometimes the smallest mindset shifts end up changing the way you see food, movement, and yourself completely. These are the conversations I have with my clients🤍
If anything resonated with you over this series, or you’ve got questions of your own, my messages are always open🥰

So much of healing your relationship with food comes from changing the way you think about it day to day. Eating what you enjoy doesn’t need guilt attached to it, not every craving means lack of control, and sometimes the things we avoid the most are the things holding the most power over us. A little more awareness, and a little less fear is lil you need! 🥰
Send me a DM is this resonated with you, and I’ll respond to them all in part 3 during this week!! 🤍

One of my favourite parts about working with clients is watching the shift that happens when they stop fearing food, start trusting their bodies and shifting their mindset about both 🥰
Tell me in the comments: what have you always wanted to know more about food freedom coaching? & I’ll answer in my next post!

Big sister energy for a second 🤍
You don’t need to “earn” your food. You don’t need to start over on Monday. And you definitely don’t need to feel guilty for enjoying a meal.
Eat when you’re hungry. Stop when you’re satisfied (not stuffed, not restricted….just… enough). Crave something? You’re allowed to have it without turning it into a whole spiral.
Food freedom isn’t chaos. It’s trust. And yeah, it might feel messy at first, but that doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong.
I’ve got you. Keep going. 💛
