She fell in love with Pilates and yoga because of their incredible ability to connect the mind and body.
Movement has always been a passion of hers, and through these practices, shes discovered how they
not only build a stronger, more resilient body but also cultivate mental clarity and inner peace.
Ugnè will be taking Thursday lunchtime classes, her first cover shift will be this Friday morning so be sure to give her a warm welcome 🥰
