Meet the incredible powerhouse who has set out to achieve her goals and continues to smash them.

Bec's journey started in 2023, when she set out to lose weight after hitting the 151kg mark. She underwent gastric bypass surgery to support her goals, combining it with a complete mindset shift. Motivated by her son who was born the year prior, her love for health and fitness only grew from there.

Initially working out at a commercial gym, she and her husband soon moved to creating their own space at home. Utilising pieces from us at Lifespan Fitness, they were well on their way...

And just like that, Scotty’s epic 24-hour endurance run is done and dusted. ⁠

Starting on 14th March and ending a gruelling 24 hours later, Scotty covered a whopping 133 kms. While it was below SC's expected goal due to hip flexor pain at the 80km mark, it is undeniably inspiring. ⁠

Just as impressive, SC surpassed his $5,000 fundraising goal for Beyond Blue; a charity that he is incredibly passionate about. ⁠

Surrounded by friends and family both in person and via live stream, the support was unreal. Often joined by running buddies on the Viper M5 treadmill next to him, friends got to chat with Scotty about his motivation for both running and fundraising. ⁠
