I’m passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals. I’ve had success in doing this by applying a holistic approach to training. Along with my extensive knowledge of strength and functional training principles, I am also well versed in nutritional and life-style ‘good practice’. I’m an avid researcher in all things ‘fitness’ and enjoy empowering clients through knowledge to enable life-long well-being.
When I’m not working, I enjoy walking my dog, chilling out to music and hitting muddy mountain bike tracks.
