This week we're acknowledging our amazing DanceSteppers! We love seeing the confidence and positivity they bring into the classroom and the wonderful connections they build with younger dancers. We'd also like to extend a big Welcome to Layla, who started with us this term! We are so excited to see our fantastic Miss Annabelle taking centre stage in 42nd Street at The Round Theatre from this Friday 29th of May! Her passion and dedication continues to inspire our dancers every week, and we could not be prouder to see her shining in this spectacular production. What a wonderful time we had at the Oakleigh South Primary School fete a couple of weeks ago! We met so many new faces, but also saw some familiar ones! A big thank you to Athena for bravely popping up on stage with Miss Kamryn, we loved seeing you shine! Great work! We cannot wait to do it all again next year.

This week we're celebrating all mothers, grandmothers, step-mothers, and other maternal figures in our dancers' lives. We know how much support and dedication you bring to your child's passions and would like to share a small token of our appreciation this week as you come in to drop your dancers off in studio. Thank you for all the early mornings, costume changes, car rides, encouragement, and love you give behind the scenes each and every week. We hope you felt celebrated and appreciated, not just on Mother’s Day, but always.

Helping children build confidence, skills, creativity, and a love of movement through dance has always been at the heart of what we do. The connection we share with local families and the community is one of our proudest values.

Today we pause to remember and honour the courage, sacrifice and spirit of the ANZACs. Out of respect for our ANZACs there are no classes running at the studio today, as we take this time to reflect. Lest we forget.
