Timing your protein is just as important as eating enough of it.
The right protein at the right time fuels recovery, maximizes muscle growth, and keeps your energy levels consistent.
✅ Before training: 20–30g, 1–2 hours prior
✅ After training: 20–40g, within 60 minutes
✅ Throughout the day: Every 3–4 hours
