SUNDAY SCOREBOARD

Mixed results for our netballers this week, with technical issues on the Netball Connect app unfortunately leaving the Valkyries’ final scores unconfirmed.
Gold fought hard, staying within two goals for most of the game before falling short in the final quarter. Purple continue their strong form, securing another win and climbing the ladder! 💪🏼

A difficult day on the scoreboard for our footballers, but as always there were plenty of players who continued to battle hard until the final siren. Congratulations to this week’s best players and thanks to everyone who got down to support the Vikings at home. 💜💛

A few late changes this week sees pull on the purple and gold once again for the seniors. Along side inclusions in Sam Paton and the Bath returning from injury.

The reserves are reunited with their captain as we shift the magnets to take on a big Ladies Day game against the blue and white stripes of Albion Football Club.

Early games across the board for our netballers this week! Hopefully we see the girls get some more Ws on Friday night 💪🏼

FOOTY 🏉
The boys are all back at Simonds Oval this week for round eight. U18s take on Newport whilst reserves and seniors go up against Albion.

Don’t forget - it’s Ladies Day at home this weekend! If you’re around to do some extra jobs to help the ladies relax, any extra help is always appreciated.

A better week for the Vikings this week! Valkyries and Duke both went down but fought hard, Gold won again with their second nail-biting, one-point win in a row, and Purple fought hard again to get the W and maintain their spot in the top four. 💪🏼

Over at the footy our U18s had a tough day going down to the Bulldogs. It was great to see the ressies and seniors both came away with the win against the Sharks! We go again next week 🫡
