Today I left Melbourne for Queensland again. But this time… on a one-way ticket. 🥹
I don’t think it’s fully landed yet that I’ll never sleep in my home again. Never shop at my local supermarket again. Drive down Balnareing road to teach Yoga. Do the school drop off. That this chapter, this version of life, is actually over.
A lot of people keep asking me:
“So… what’s next?”
“What’s the plan?”
And for maybe the first time in a very long time, my answer is simply…
I don’t know. 🤷♀️
Right now feels like exactly like the rebound at the end of a long Yin pose.
That moment after the depth and intensity where you pause. Hit the full stop button. Where everything assimilates and integrates before the next thing begins…
And maybe that’s exactly where I’m meant to be.
As a recovering perfectionist, workaholic, people pleaser, type-A human… it actually feels very new to say I don’t know what comes next.
But there’s also magic in that. ✨
I know this isn’t the end of me sharing Yoga. In fact, I can feel some really exciting things beginning to stir…
But for now, I’m just letting myself breathe in the space between chapters.
And to everyone who’s been part of the last one… thank you.
This isn’t goodbye.
It’s just a see you soon 🤎

And just like that, after more than 10 years of studio teaching I taught my last class in VIC.
Feeling so grateful and emotional as I think of all the people I’ve shared this practice with and all the transformations and healings I’ve witnessed.
Thanks for being a part of it all with me.
Namaste 🙏
Ps: So many hugs and beautiful people showing up tonight and totally forgot to take a photo so here’s a daggy selfie with a big heartfelt smile on my face. Thank you everyone ❤️❤️❤️

It’s here again… one of my favourite moments in the whole training… 🥹
The shift.
From student… to teacher.
Our incredible Yoga Teacher Trainees are stepping into their next chapter, and we’d love you to be part of it 🤎
Over the past few months, they’ve shown up with so much heart, dedication and courage. Finding their voice, stepping out of their comfort zone, learning how to sequence, cue, theme, hold space for a group … and now, they’re ready to share it with you…
These free community classes are a bit of a rite of passage. The moment where it all lands. Where they go from learning… to leading.✨
Each class is co-taught, 30 mins each. 60 minutes total. Thoughtfully planned, full of care, and a whole lot of heart.
