⏰5-MINUTE DESK BREAK ROUTINE
Been sitting for 2+ hours? Your body is SCREAMING for movement.
Do this RIGHT NOW at your desk:
⚡Neck Rolls - 10 slow circles each direction
⚡Shoulder Shrugs - 15 reps, hold for 2 seconds at top
⚡Seated Spinal Twist - 30 seconds each side
⚡Hip Flexor Stretch - Stand, lunge position, 30 sec each
⚡Desk Push-ups - 10-15 reps against your desk
Set a timer for every 2 hours and repeat!

Step Two - Movement
