Could not be happier onboard an organisation that acknowledges the importance of addressing player health. My role is not to direct or follow, but guide players to understand and address their own individualised underlying motivation towards performing at the elite level. Then take those and add in exercise, hydration, sleep and stretches and you have achieved peak performance.
