A massive thank you to everyone who booked in or came through this morning for their 5RM back squat, you showed up and you delivered.

And to close out the morning on a bittersweet note... today we said farewell to John Warwick after his final class with us. Over 1,000 sessions, John has been an absolute pillar of this community, and watching him grow here has been one of the real privileges of this gym.
