Another present for the studio came in today. Mainly for the female clientele, rogue fitness 15kg barbell with good flex to help with the deadlift, cleans, snatches etc. this one is a nice looking bar with its red and black colours.

It’s been a while since the studio received some new toys, today I unpacked and set up the new Rogue Fitness Echo bike. Still waiting on another delivery of a barbell and some accessories but safe to say once Melbourne’s lockdown lifts the clients will be a fan of this hurt machine well maybe not the pain it gives them 😝
