“It’s like having a training partner — who’s also a coach.”

Ryan lost roughly 20 kilos at Enterprise Fitness. When he started, his coach was deep in competition prep — both of them cutting at the same time, both feeling the pain.

I enjoyed my training at EF, since I joined 6 months ago. Jason is an exceptional personal trainer and honestly one of the best investments I’ve made in my health. What sets him apart is how knowledgeable he is. He takes the time to explain how to move and train. He tailored a nutritional balanced meal for me, so I can gain muscle and lose visceral fat. He explains throughout so you actually understand what you’re doing and why it works.

That education has made all the difference. Since working with Jason, I’ve completely transformed my body composition in a way I never managed on my own. I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident than I have in years.

Big thanks to Hugh and the team at Enterprise Fitness for the last 4 months of coaching. Since working with Hugh, I’ve put on 5kg, built lean muscle, and gotten noticeably stronger in the process.

What I’ve enjoyed most is how easy Hugh makes everything. He really listens to you, adapts the plan to suit your needs and lifestyle, and keeps everything straightforward whether it’s training, nutrition, or accountability. He’s always on the ball and genuinely cares about helping you get results.

The whole team at Enterprise Fitness is also incredibly welcoming and creates an environment where you actually want to train, which makes a huge difference.

I’ve been training with Coach K for the past 7 weeks, and it has been an amazing experience.

Coach K is incredibly friendly, professional, and supportive. I’ve been having a great time training at the gym and working towards my fitness goals with his guidance.

K is very attentive to detail and always makes sure I train safely to avoid injuries. He carefully teaches me the correct posture and technique for every exercise, which has really helped build my confidence and improve my performance.

I’m truly grateful to have K as my coach. He is patient, motivating, and genuinely cares about his clients’ progress. Without a doubt, he’s the best coach I’ve ever met, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated trainer!

I’ve been a member at Enterprise Fitness since 2018 and training with Hugh for nearly two years. I’ve never stuck with a gym this long - testament to the trainers, the culture, and everything they’ve built here.

Hugh is conscientious, patient, and genuinely invested - not just in how your training is tracking, but in how you’re doing as a person. He’ll adjust your programme if life is getting on top of you, and he’ll push you harder when he knows you’ve got more to give. What I appreciate most is how tailored everything is - Hugh regularly updates my programme and even my warm-ups based on how my body is going at the time, and the same thoughtfulness goes into his nutrition guidance. It’s the first approach to training and food that has genuinely stuck.

I used to be fixated on the number on the scale in a way that wasn’t healthy. Training here, and working with Hugh, has completely changed that. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been, and more importantly, I actually enjoy the process.

The broader team and culture at Enterprise are a big part of that too. Every coach - not just your own - makes you feel welcome, and the environment they’ve created is genuinely encouraging. Whether you’re just starting out or have been training for years, I couldn’t recommend Hugh and the team more highly!

20 kilos down. And a baby on the way.

Ryan and his partner came to Enterprise Fitness with two goals:
1. Get healthy,
2. Start a family. Nine months later, both are happening.

In his words:

“I obviously wanted to make sure my coach was the right fit — which has been perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better coach. Structured training is good, but the diet has been the biggest game changer for me.”

His partner trained right through the early months of pregnancy, scaling back as she needed to. Getting healthy together, before and during — that’s the kind of result that lasts longer than any single transformation.

I’ve now trained at enterprise for 3 months and in that time I’ve been extremely impressed with my results, the support I’ve received, and the knowledge of my trainer KR. He’s been a phenomenal coach throughout, and I look forward to achieving the next milestone at Enterprise.

I’ve been training with Hugh from Enterprise Fitness for almost a year now, and the results have honestly been incredible. I’m feeling stronger, fitter, and leaner than I have in over 15 years — easily the best shape of my life.

What really sets Hugh apart is how much focus he puts on nutrition and diet, not just training. With my busy schedule and frequent work travel, staying on track can be difficult, but he’s always providing practical food ideas, meal plans, and adjustments whenever needed to keep things sustainable and realistic.

The training sessions are challenging and he consistently pushes me to hit new personal bests, but he also knows when I’m fatigued or having an off day and adapts the session accordingly. That balance has made a huge difference to both my progress and consistency.

I’d highly recommend Hugh to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested personal trainer.
