St Kilda Festival may be over for this year, but the banners live on!
We got our hands on a few and turned them into some one-offs. Proper limited.

Continuing an annual practice we’ve been doing for years, we usually mark the new year by nutting out a new design. This year’s one, "THE COLONY OF GENTLE ERRORS", extends the squiggle-and-texture methodology first explored in W***Y WAGTAIL. Happy ’26.

As we approach the longest night of the year, we thought we'd bring on the colour... For a while now we've had 'TGI FRIDA' in the mix and its met my fashion colour choice of black with flecks sewing threads as my colour highlights but Annmarie has always been pushing me towards a louder pallet, so i've covered myself in more sewing threads.....Oh and included a refreshed 'TGI FRIDAY 25' edition. Happy winter solstice.

Last week we made a bespoke ‘not bum bag’ as a gift, using what we call ‘the special stuff’ — rolls of fabric we’ve collected over time without knowing quite what to do with them. Well, I think we’ve finally found the calling for this limited textured pearlescent vinyl. We’ve probably got enough for 20 pieces… and then that’s it. Gone. I’m still mourning the dark woodgrain vinyl.

little did we realise its 'Mothers day' weekend!

We're hoping that this wont inconvenience anyone , particularly our rippa repeat offenders..

This weekend marks 21 years of making things with our lil fingers—how wild is that? Keeping up with tradition, we’ve created an image to kick off the year, and this time, the Mona Lisa stepped in to lend a hand (or a monocle) of wisdom and playfulness.

Da Vinci, the ultimate numbers guy, has inspired all kinds of theories, including some linking the Mona Lisa to the number 21. True or not, we’re rolling with it!

also snuck in a couple of pattern strips (originating from the baroque pattern used in Ziggy StarDuck) for the ‘not bumbag’ (yet to determine if it should be a vertical or horizontal pattern)..... Let’s make this year a masterpiece, one doodle at a time.

It's that time of year where we start sewing that extra lil bit to get ready for all things chrissy....we've added a bunch more strip images to the 'not bum bag' collection.....on show this weekend (Rose st artist market Saturday & St Kilda market Sunday :) )

after the last trip to tokyo I was using their use of colour and design as a source of inspiration....visual chaos!....Most of the illustrations are still coming to life and test prints are done on the 1-off 'Not bum bags'..... 'W***y Wagtail' definitely is done and is on the website... Now that the weathers turned, out of protest i popped up a design today 'Cloudy with a chance of splat'.... these will roll out shortly
