Season launch is a great way for us to welcome you into our wonderful MONCAD family and for you to mingle with everyone in the club! Let’s kick off the season with some fun, games and yummy provided lunch! 💫

Meet the 2026 MONCAD Teams ⭐️

We have been absolutely blown away by the incredible turnout and talent at this year’s tryouts. With over 300 athletes registering and so many eager to showcase their skills across both dance and cheer, 2026 has already been a record-breaking year for MONCAD!!

We’re also THRILLED to introduce two brand new teams competing in the Intermediate division this year: Hestia (Lyrical) and Hesperus (HipHop). We can’t wait to see these teams shine on the floor!

Team placement emails will be sent out tomorrow afternoon… Stay tuned 👀

Are you interested in joining Cheer and Dance at MONCAD 2026!!!?? Join us at our Come and Try sessions to learn new skills, meet some amazing people, and just give something new a go 💙🤍

We have lots of “Come and Try” sessions during O-WEEK that are catered for everyone!!

Cheerleaders, we have sessions catered for beginners and people new to cheer, ranging all the way to advanced (L3/4/5)! There is definitely a session for everyone! $12 for 1 hour session, $15 for 1.5 hour session!!

Dancers, we offer 4 styles including Pom, HipHop, Jazz, and Lyrical, so join us and try one or all of them!!
$15 for 1.5 hour session, and $25 for Same Day 2 X 1.5 hour sessions!!

Be sure to spread the word and bring your friends along!! 👯‍♀️

Please arrive 15 minutes before your session and ensure you have registered using the link in our bio! Card/cash payment options will be available on the day, $15 at the door.

**Whilst not compulsory, we strongly recommend you attend one of our ‘Come and Try’ sessions before attending Team Placements
