WELCOME TO PRESTON | LUKA BLAZEVIC ❤️🖤

Preston Lions are pleased to welcome Luka Blazevic to the club.

The 20-year-old started his football with Adelaide Croatia before progressing through the state teams and eventually joining Adelaide United.

Luka spent four seasons with Adelaide United playing in the NPL and also represented the club at the Otten Innovation U19 Cup in the Netherlands.

A central/attacking midfielder, Luka now makes the move to Preston.

And you won’t have to wait long to see him in the red and black.

WELCOME TO PRESTON | MARCO GUELI ❤️🖤

Preston Lions are pleased to welcome Marco Gueli to the club.

Marco started playing football in his hometown before joining VfB Stuttgart at eight years old, where he spent six years from U9 to U14.

He went on to play in the Youth Bundesliga during the final three years of his junior career before heading to the USA to play college soccer for four years.

Marco then made the move to Australia, spending last season with Belmont Swansea United FC in Newcastle.

Now, he’s a Lion. And you can see Marco in the red and black for the first time on Thursday, 15 October as we open our Australian Championship campaign against Wollongong Wolves.

WELCOME TO PRESTON | KUR KUR❤️🖤

Preston Lions are delighted to welcome Kur Kur to the club.

Kur joins Preston with valuable experience across the Australian NPL and overseas, spending the 2021–22 season with Adelaide City, where he made 32 league appearances and scored 16 goals.

His performances earned him a move overseas to FK Novi Pazar in Serbia, before returning to Australia in 2023 to join Brisbane Roar.

Kur continued his NPL career with Avondale and Green Gully, while also representing South Sudan at international level.

Now, he’s a Lion.
And you can see Kur in the red and black for the first time on Thursday, 15 October as we open our Australian Championship campaign against Wollongong Wolves.

CELEBRATION 26 🎉
Over 1000 Junior parents, players, families and friends have attended 3 amazing Presentation Events, over the last week at Mystique and Melrose Reception.

Thank you to all everyone who attended, had a great time and a special expression of gratitude to our Junior Committee and volunteers who have worked tirelessly during the year and in the last week to provide a great space for our children and their families.
